The Role: Restaurant Supervisor

Blue Limits Group is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah Region. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Manage front-of-house teams.
• Coordinate shift schedules and monitor staff performance to maintain service standards.
• Support food and beverage quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address guest feedback in a timely, professional manner.
• Train and coach team members.
• Assist with inventory and ordering processes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize service flow.
• Report operational issues to management.
• Maintain an active presence during operating hours, including weekends and holidays, to lead by example and foster a welcoming, efficient environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a related hospitality role.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Jeddah. The role requires an active presence during all operating hours, which includes working on weekends and holidays to ensure continuous service excellence and operational efficiency.
