Bayut KSA, a leading real estate portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth within the real estate sector.
Role Overview
The Sales Consultant will play a key role in the real estate team, focusing on the sale of property units. This involves understanding client requirements, delivering professional presentations, and facilitating successful deal closures. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and market understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s inventory.
- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, offering professional advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base, and develop a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and updated market information to clients.
- Manage client relationships by ensuring they are well informed about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing, and maintaining regular communication to offer ongoing support.
- Deliver presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize potential investments.
- Facilitate the timely closing of real estate transactions, ensuring all required documentation and procedures are completed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales is preferred, with an overall experience range of 2-5 years.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Work Environment
