We are looking for a Sales Development Manager  in the automotive spare parts sector,

with long practical experience in the automotive spare parts sector, exclusively, and who has a proven track record in increasing sales, developing sales channels, and providing practical solutions to address weak sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience of no less than 10 years in the field of automotive spare parts.
  • Current residency in Jeddah city.
  • Deep knowledge of the spare parts market, customers, and competitors.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and increasing revenue.
  • Ability to analyze the reasons for declining sales and develop an implementation plan to increase them.
  • Having a strong network of relationships with customers and distributors in the spare parts sector is a great advantage.
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams and achieving targets.

Main Tasks:

  • Diagnosing the reasons for weak sales and developing a clear development plan with objectives and performance indicators.
  • Increasing sales volume and opening new markets and customers.
  • Monitoring market movement and competitors and proposing practical and quick solutions.
