About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Executive to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is essential for supporting daily security operations across various stores and distribution centers. The primary focus is on preventing loss, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stores and distribution centers through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
• Detect and prevent theft, policy violations, and potential safety risks.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all security systems, including cameras and alarms.
• Respond promptly to security incidents such as theft, accidents, and violations.
• Prepare daily logs and comprehensive incident reports.
• Preserve evidence and provide support for internal investigations.
• Conduct compliance checks and routine security inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of audits and all security-related activities.
• Support inventory counts and identify potential shrinkage risks.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions as needed to enhance security measures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in security or loss prevention.
• Physical ability to perform patrols, which includes standing and walking for extended periods.
