About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Executive to support daily security operations. This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically covering locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on preventing loss, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and maintaining a safe environment across stores and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stores and distribution centers through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
• Detect and prevent theft, violations, and potential safety risks.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all security systems, including cameras and alarms.
• Respond effectively to incidents such as theft, accidents, and security violations.
• Prepare daily logs and comprehensive incident reports.
• Preserve evidence and provide support for internal investigations.
• Conduct compliance checks and routine security inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of audits and all security-related activities.
• Support inventory counts and identify potential shrinkage risks.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions as needed to enhance security.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a security or loss prevention role.
• Demonstrated strong integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Physical ability to perform patrols, which includes standing and walking for extended periods.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Ninja 🥷🏽, operating across various store locations and distribution centers in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active involvement in on-site security operations.
