About the Security Guard Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our premises, ensuring the protection of company assets and personnel.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to implement and enforce security measures, control access, and respond effectively to security incidents. The Security Guard acts as a frontline presence, upholding security protocols and contributing significantly to a secure operational environment within the company's facilities in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify identification documents and entry/exit permits for personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, offices, and surrounding areas to ensure security.
• Protect company assets and property from loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Control and direct vehicle traffic efficiently within the site.
• Issue visitor passes and manage access control procedures meticulously.
• Monitor entry and exit points, allowing access only after proper verification.
• Handle lost and found items, maintaining proper custody records.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time Security Guard position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in security operations. A strong understanding of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures is essential for success in this role.

Workplace Standards and Conduct

The Security Guard is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. This includes strict compliance with all Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures. The role requires actively reporting unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and near-miss incidents. Regular attendance at required safety and security training sessions is mandatory, along with maintaining professional conduct and fostering cooperation with all company personnel and visitors.

Reporting and Documentation

Accurate and timely documentation is a critical aspect of this role. The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining precise records of visitors, contractors, and vehicle movements, ensuring all security records, logs, and reports are accurately kept. Immediate reporting of incidents, accidents, emergencies, security breaches, and utility-related issues such as power outages or water supply problems is required to ensure prompt resolution and continuous operational safety.
