About the Senior Sales Executive Role

Jotun is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to support the Area Sales Manager in driving sales growth and market development for Powder Coatings products within the Jeddah region. This full-time position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging Jotun’s sales tools and value-selling approach to meet sales, gross margin, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. The role is based in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales and profitability objectives by managing strategic customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving value within assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement customer account plans by understanding business needs, prioritizing opportunities, and coordinating resources to foster customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
• Monitor project execution, deliveries, and account performance, proactively addressing commercial issues to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
• Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular engagement, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Track and influence projects within assigned territories and market segments to identify and develop business opportunities in alignment with sales objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.

Role Context

This role reports to the Area Sales Manager and is integral to the sales operations within the Jeddah territory. The focus is on contributing to the overall sales strategy and execution for Powder Coatings.

Work Environment

The position is based in Jeddah and is a full-time role.
