Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to be based in Jeddah, KSA. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager is responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvement initiatives. These initiatives are triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits. The role requires a proactive approach to operations to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within operations.
  • Manage and oversee improvement projects stemming from customer feedback and internal audits.
  • Follow up on actions related to non-compliances, rejects, and dumps to ensure resolution.
  • Address issues identified through hygiene audits with a proactive approach.
  • Ensure a continuous proactive approach to operational improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in addressing customer complaints and operational non-compliances.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Jeddah, KSA, within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans.
