Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the sales journey and beyond. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining an organized and customer-centric showroom environment.

Customer Engagement and Sales Process

The Showroom Sales Representative will be responsible for guiding customers from their initial entry into the showroom until their orders are successfully secured. This involves active engagement, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

• Greet customers within the showrooms and maintain a high level of service.
• Meet customer needs, facilitate product delivery, and provide ongoing customer service.
• Introduce customers to the company’s diverse product range.
• Calculate required quantities and assist customers in coordinating colors and products based on their specific needs.
• Facilitate the invoicing process and ensure the proper delivery of goods.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Management

This role requires diligent management of showroom presentation and efficient handling of product inventory to support sales activities and ensure product availability.

• Keep the showroom organized and clean at all times.
• Ensure all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to minimum/maximum ordering policies and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Ensure goods in warehouses are arranged according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.

Sales Performance and Team Collaboration

The Showroom Sales Representative is expected to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance overall showroom performance and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan.
• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Reporting and Compliance

Accurate reporting and strict adherence to company policies and financial procedures are integral to this role.

• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing all daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Implement company policies and instructions.

Continuous Improvement and General Duties

Beyond daily tasks, the representative is encouraged to contribute to process improvements and fulfill broader organizational objectives.

• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
