Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on implementing the showroom sales plan and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide high-standard customer service, and address their needs.
• Manage product handovers and offer pre-sales and after-sales customer support.
• Oversee showroom operations and inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Guide customers through product introductions, requirement identification, quantity determination, color coordination, and product selection.
• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and product delivery.
• Coordinate showroom personnel activities, including assistants, laborers, and drivers, for efficient operations.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Ensure availability of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and product catalogs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in line with the approved sales plan and implement management objectives and KPIs.
• Process online customer orders and update the e-commerce platform to reflect product availability and inventory levels.
• Ensure adequate stock availability across all product categories, especially fast-moving items.
• Apply stock replenishment procedures by requesting products from warehouses based on established minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Comply with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Report missing or unavailable products at the central warehouse to the direct manager.
• Report any damage, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance requirements within the showroom and follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile physical balances, and report shortages, damage, or loss.
• Complete daily closing processes accurately and on time, including handling and recording customer advance payments.
• Execute assigned marketing programs and initiatives, including product campaigns and field visits to residential development areas.
• Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure all employees comply with approved uniform and dress code requirements.
• Promote and sell all company product ranges to achieve sales targets and maximize opportunities.
• Ensure availability and proper condition of safety equipment, reporting any non-compliance, including valid Civil Defense and municipal licenses, fire extinguishers, and company vehicle roadworthiness and documentation.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the company's Ashanak program terms and conditions.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
• Execute activities using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
