Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Senior Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to the company's expansion strategy, focusing on the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites. The specialist will ensure the delivery of commercially viable locations in a timely manner to support business growth.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to drive the company's real estate portfolio growth by securing strategic new store locations. This involves a proactive and systematic approach to market exploration and the cultivation of key relationships, directly contributing to the company’s market presence and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
• Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to thoroughly document the location, surrounding environment, and accessibility.
• Provide preliminary site and contact reports to Acquisition Managers for subsequent commercial evaluation.
• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to effectively expand sourcing channels.

Required Experience

Candidates applying for the Site Acquisition Senior Specialist position should possess 2-5 years of experience in site acquisition or a closely related real estate field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of site identification and acquisition processes.
