Panda Retail Company, a prominent entity within the Savola Group, is seeking a Site Acquisition Senior Specialist. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to supporting the company's strategic expansion initiatives across the region.

Role Overview

The Site Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for managing the comprehensive process of identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring new sites. This role ensures the successful execution of the company’s expansion strategy by securing commercially viable locations and facilitating their timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities derived from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
• Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.
• Provide preliminary site and contact reports to Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.
• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Development.
• Proven experience in site negotiations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and landlord management.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial leasing principles.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in retail site acquisition and location assessment is preferred.
