Role Purpose

The Soft Services Facilities Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery and management of essential soft services. This includes comprehensive oversight of cleaning operations, landscaping, pest control, and waste management, alongside other related services. The primary objective is to uphold a consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained environment across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective soft services maintenance plans and schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services.
• Monitor the performance of service providers to ensure strict compliance with established quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, procurement processes, and inventory specifically related to soft services operations.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints concerning soft services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations pertaining to soft services.
