About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a Specialist Property Admin to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The Property Administrative Specialist provides essential administrative support across various hotel departments, including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout pre-event, event, and post-event processes.
  • Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication at all times.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Support the team in achieving common goals and address employee concerns appropriately.
  • Report accidents, damages, and hazardous situations to management.
  • Perform various physical tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Maintain mobility, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Execute movements requiring bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.
  • Undertake other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
