Role Overview: Sr Account Manager Projects Sales

As a Sr Account Manager Projects Sales at Honeywell Technologies, you will be instrumental in driving the company's success by managing key accounts and fostering strong customer relationships. This full-time role, based in our Jeddah Office, involves effectively meeting customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. You will report directly to the Projects Sales Director and contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall financial success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and providing customized solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management practices.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Projects Sales and account management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated experience in selling ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and low current Systems (Solutions).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
