Sr. Analyst RM Optimization RFS

About the Role

Saudia Cargo is seeking a Sr. Analyst RM Optimization RFS to join their team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the company's revenue generation roadmap by assisting with analytical activities related to network planning, capacity management, utilization, and proactive pricing updates. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest possible margins are achieved on both freighter and passenger flights.
• Maintain and implement advanced yield management techniques and forecasting models to maximize revenue based on available capacities.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and implement best-in-class technologies for data-driven decision-making in revenue management.
• Contribute to developing best practices and methodologies within the revenue management function.
• Support rolling forecasts, long-term optimization, and budget setting.
• Assist in recommending freighter operation plans, including route adjustments, extra sector operations, and flight cancellations, to maximize revenue and protect company profitability.
• Monitor and update ad hoc rate structures based on market demand, cargo capacity, and competitor pricing.
• Review overbooking levels considering the latest trends in booking cancellations, no-shows, and pickup demand for inbound/outbound KSA flights.
• Assist in projecting weekly empty capacity and marketing initiatives to promote available capacity and ensure utilization.
• Provide effective evaluation of capacity requests with alternatives.
• Ensure the release of the Flight Booking List to the Hub Operations team within agreed deadlines.
• Support effective offload and re-booking management to maintain a high FAB for SACC.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in revenue optimization efforts.
• Execute Post Flight Analysis against forecasting for proper offload and capacity management, ensuring high yield on flights.
• Assist in managing the flow of AWBs and monitoring timely actions related to ad hoc pricing and space confirmation requests.
• Conduct daily distribution lists based on scheduled and non-scheduled trucks with RFS Providers globally.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in either Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah region.
