About the Role

Cipher7 Business Consulting & Digital Solutions is seeking a Sr. MCC Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for an organization's fleet of vehicles, aircraft, or other equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that maintenance tasks are efficiently planned and executed to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.

Role Summary

As a Senior Specialist in the Maintenance Control Center, the Sr. MCC Engineer will be responsible for the strategic oversight and coordination of all maintenance operations. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, analyzing performance data, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices to optimize operational workflows.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on maintenance activities and progress.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence and enhance system reliability.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance control or a similar field, demonstrating a strong understanding of fleet maintenance operations and coordination.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah.
