Join VHR Global as a Storekeeper in the Aviation Sector!

VHR Global is seeking dedicated and experienced Storekeepers to support our aviation client's operations in the Middle East. This critical role involves managing aircraft parts logistics and maintaining inventory control in compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all store movements accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Update and maintain inventory records.
  • Ensure all storage areas are secure, clean, and clearly labeled.
  • Receive, store, and issue aircraft parts according to aviation regulations (Part 145).
  • Flag and hold items that do not meet documentation or quality standards.
  • Manage returns of unserviceable parts, ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Safely dispose of items as per legal and supplier rules.
  • Handle import/export and transport documentation.
  • Track consumables and clothing supplies; place timely orders.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Vocational qualification in warehouse logistics or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse/logistics, ideally in aviation or engineering.
  • Strong MS Office skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a strong advantage.
  • Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
