About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for Prada Beauty at Westfield Mall. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Store Manager is responsible for driving the store's business performance and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the store business to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead by example, representing the brand's values and philosophy in all interactions with customers and team members.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales objectives.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
• Recruit and retain VIP customers to build a loyal customer base.
• Manage and develop the store team.
• Ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
• Proven experience in team leadership and development.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and VIP customer engagement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the retail sector, located in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves managing a store team and interacting directly with customers and brand representatives.
