Supplier Management Specialist (Procurement)

About the Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking a Supplier Management Specialist (Procurement) to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting procurement activities, ensuring effective supplier coordination, and facilitating the timely delivery of necessary materials and services to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations based on criteria such as price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and supplier information.
• Coordinate with internal departments, warehouses, and the Finance team to resolve any purchasing or invoice-related issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to approved procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supplier management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic procurement team to support the operational needs of Albaik Food Systems Co.
