The Role of Front Desk Agent

Accor is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is specifically for Saudi Nationals and is part of the Tamayyaz program, focusing on developing new talent in the hospitality field. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing service to guests and supporting hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check-ins, respond to requests, and process account settlements.
• Proactively enhance the guest experience through personalized service.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify opportunities to upsell services to guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi Nationals.
• Open to candidates with 0-1 year of work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic English language skills are required.
• A strong interest in the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and assist colleagues proactively.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts based on departmental needs.
• Capacity to focus on guest needs while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
