Waad Education is seeking a Teacher to join Dar Al-Thikr Schools, located in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The Role of a Teacher

This full-time teaching position, with a start date of August 2026, requires a dedicated professional capable of inspiring students and fostering their academic and personal development. The role involves building strong partnerships with parents and collaborating effectively within a dynamic academic team to support students' overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet established curriculum standards.
  • Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that actively encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, additional support, or appropriate resources to ensure all students achieve success.
  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to communicate student progress, address concerns, and support comprehensive student development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
  • Proven teaching qualifications, a professional teaching license, or an equivalent certification (*, QTS).
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, including exposure to international curricula.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong proficiency in the subject matter to be taught.
  • Well-developed teaching skills and effective classroom management abilities.
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
