About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technician for its Tool Service Centre (TSC) team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed to provide foundational experience and prepare individuals for a career path within Hilti. The Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective repair services for Hilti tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform best-in-class repairs on various Hilti power tools, including angle grinders, rotary hammers, combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, and diamond and measuring tools.
• Utilize analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis for tool malfunctions.
• Develop proposals and solutions aimed at enhancing the quality, speed, and cost-efficiency of the repair process.
• Ensure all repair work consistently meets established quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to perform detailed technical repairs.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
