Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Jeddah. In this role, you will create and maintain appealing store displays that attract customers. Responsibilities include designing window and in-store displays, collaborating with the sales and retail teams, and enhancing customer shopping experiences. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Window Displays and creating in-store visual presentations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail and Sales
• Creativity and an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 4 years+ experience
• Experience in Furniture preferred
• Bachelor's degree in fashion, design, or related field is a plus

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible to develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and promote the brand, products, and services in-store. Train and coach the store team to perform merchant-based VP and manage the daily, weekly, and seasonal VP tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Image: Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye-catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement the brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guide.
• Take photographs of every change made in the merchandise display.
• Make use of creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines, re-merchandising the store when new trends arise.
• Create layout of the store according to its categories.
• Ensure proper merchandising of the items.
• Collect reviews and feedback of the merchandise.
• Work closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.
• Collaborate with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Involve in the Pre-Opening of the stores and conduct timely visits to ensure that the brand’s standards are properly implemented and followed.
• Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyle.

• Brand Representation & Innovation: Maintain the brand’s visual identity, stay updated on trends, and suggest improvements to VM execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role within fashion retail.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Innovative mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
