About MBRF and the Role

MBRF, recognized as one of the world's largest food companies, is seeking a Warehouse Analyst to join its operations. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning facilities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and is crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse order management, operational excellence, and timely, customer-focused deliveries within a dynamic global supply chain environment.

Warehouse Operations and Planning

  • Follow and implement policies regarding warehouse order management, ensuring flexible and efficient picking and loading.
  • Maintain the punctuality of receiving, issuance, and dispatching as per agreed cut-off times.
  • Participate in the development of the area's yearly expenses budget and manage it on a daily basis.
  • Manage warehouse ambient and cold store operations capabilities and processes to maximize the utilization of warehouse resources.
  • Plan and manage the weekly operation projection (stock, inbound, outbound) to plan proper resources in advance.
  • Develop, implement, adapt, and manage operation policies and procedures to achieve optimal utilization of resources and minimize associated risks.
  • Continuously develop new flows or procedures to improve warehouse operation efficiency.
  • Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines through effective presence, contributing to operational uptime.

Inventory and Quality Assurance

  • Maintain Warehouse (cold and ambient store) Inventory Records Accuracy and a sustainable inventory control and management system.
  • Maintain stock levels, follow up on delivery, and manage the Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) process.
  • Develop, manage, and routinely follow-up on inventory integrity procedures and results, aiming for on-time accuracy between book and physical stock.
  • Perform regular cycle counts in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory or develop action plans for diversions.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts with the Controlling team in all warehouse areas and create inventory documents for adjustment.
  • Conduct and monitor physical counts related to Warehouse Assets Management.
  • Involve and implement Quality Assurance policies and strategies, and implement corporate Quality Assurance policies for products at all steps.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Assure minimum work conditions for all employees of the warehouse (cold and ambient store).
  • Train and educate the operations team on company policy and procedure.
  • Spread the BRF corporate management culture to the team and motivate employees to bring out their best enterprise.
  • Define and establish (as a routine) a management system of KPIs, with clear responsibilities, authorities, and metrics.
  • Attend meetings with Procurement, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

Compliance and Safety Standards

  • Implement the Health and Safety and Environmental program for the cold and ambient store.
  • Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
  • Ensure 5S compliance within the workplace and conduct safety routes in different areas.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedures related to the scope of the job.
  • Comply with Environmental requirements as per Policy.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities that promote compliance with indicators and global ESG commitments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Major in Industrial) or Business Administration, or any relevant qualifications.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related warehouse, logistics, or supply chain analysis role.
