The Role of Associate Logistics Analyst

The Associate Logistics Analyst will support the execution and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations throughout Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient product delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.
  • Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. A solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes is required, with familiarity in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and experience working within regulated environments. Experience managing or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is essential.
