The Role: Warehouse Team Leader

Basamh Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join its full-time operations in Makkah and Jeddah. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards within established warehouse capacity and operational constraints. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on-time processing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse administrators and outsourced labor for assigned tasks, including picking, loading, off-loading, segregation, and put-away, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance by following warehouse quality, safety, and security guidelines.
• Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor and inventory controller for investigation.
• Coordinate with Inventory Management teams to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross-dock operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring transparency and operational insights.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance and ensure continuous development.
• Identify and address training needs for the team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams in a warehouse setting.
• Understanding of warehouse safety, quality, and security guidelines.
