About the Workforce Staffing Specialist Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Workforce Staffing Specialist (High Volume Hiring) to join its Workforce Staffing (WFS) team in Jeddah. This full-time position is integral to solving complex workforce challenges globally, focusing on building innovative labor models and scalable infrastructure that strengthen Amazon’s employment value proposition. The specialist will support high-volume recruitment operations across multiple sites within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for a recruitment professional with deep expertise in large-scale hiring, overseas talent acquisition, and third-party agency management within the region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with local Site Leadership teams, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and workflow teams, to understand and fulfill labor requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including third-party manpower agencies, to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Forecast labor demand and create staffing strategies to ensure team resources and hiring capacity meet business needs.
  • Adapt and execute recruitment strategies based on evolving business demands, tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates.
  • Optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates, and applicant funnel metrics to achieve and exceed benchmarks.
  • Deliver an associate experience by meeting hiring activity targets and driving defect reduction.
  • Collaborate with the site Finance team and Operations Leaders to forecast and plan labor demand.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience.
  • Experience with HR processes and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English, including speaking, writing, and reading.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.

Work Environment and Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting recruitment operations across various sites within the region, contributing to the broader objectives of Amazon's Workforce Staffing team.
