Tasks and Responsibilities: * Managing the company's accounts on the Kita platform and all delivery applications and digital platforms. * Adding and updating products, prices, images, descriptions, and promotions. * Following up on daily orders and ensuring that branches and products appear correctly. * Resolving technical and operational issues and communicating with platform support to resolve them. * Following up on customer reviews and complaints and responding to them in coordination with the relevant departments. * Preparing campaigns and offers within the applications and following up on their results. * Preparing periodic reports on sales, orders, cancellations, reviews, and the performance of each platform. * Following up on contracts, commissions, invoices, and dues related to the platforms. * Coordinating with branches, marketing, and accounting to ensure the accuracy of data and offers. * Managing user permissions, accounts, passwords, and work-related software. * Proposing solutions and ideas to increase orders and sales and improve brand visibility. * Following up on all electronic programs and systems adopted by the company and implementing any required updates. Required Qualifications: * Previous experience in managing delivery applications and digital platforms. * Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. * Ability to prepare and analyze reports and follow up on performance indicators. * High skills in organization, follow-up, and problem-solving. * Speed of response and accuracy in data entry. * Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with branches and service providers. * Experience in the restaurant, cafe, or retail sector is preferred. Key Performance Indicators: Accuracy of product and price updates, low order cancellation rate, speed of issue resolution, improvement of customer reviews, increase in sales through applications, and regularity of reports and financial reconciliations.
