The Fast Track Company is looking for a Saudi restaurant app delivery driver in Jeddah - Mecca - Taif to join its team on a full-time basis. This role aims to ensure that customer order delivery operations are carried out with high efficiency and professionalism, with full commitment to safety standards, service quality, and achieving the operational targets set by the company. The role does not require practical experience. Salary 4000 upon achieving the target and a bonus of 500 -- salaries can reach 7000 and more if you work with high efficiency. And there are additional amounts for each additional order above the target. Key Tasks and Responsibilities * Receive at least 13 orders and deliver them to customers within the specified times. * Adhere to delivery routes and approved operational instructions. * Ensure the safety of orders and maintain them until delivered to the customer. * Carry out all required documentation procedures through the application or approved systems. * Maintain full readiness to receive orders during specified working hours. * Achieve approved daily and monthly performance targets and a bonus of 500 riyals upon achieving the target. * Adhere to the required performance rates and the quality standards of the service provided to customers. Financial Operations and Customer Service Management * Collect cash amounts for orders upon delivery. * Settle collected amounts according to the procedures and specified time frame. * Maintain collected funds and do not use them for any personal purpose. * Deal with customers with high respect and professionalism. * Represent the company in a positive manner while performing work duties. * Contribute to raising customer satisfaction levels and service quality in general. Private Vehicle Requirements * Provide a private vehicle that is in good working condition for performing work duties, and it must be owned by the employee or officially authorized. * Ensure the validity of the vehicle registration, insurance, driver's license, and all other regulatory requirements. * Take responsibility for the vehicle's readiness for work during working hours and not disrupt operations due to avoidable breakdowns. * Commit to keeping the vehicle clean and suitable for providing professional service to customers, to avoid violations from the Transport Authority. Vacations * 4 days per month * Not allowed in the first week, last week, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
