Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee curriculum development and implementation across all grade levels.
  • Conduct classroom observations, providing constructive feedback to educators.
  • Facilitate professional development workshops for teaching staff.
  • Monitor student performance through data analysis and assessments.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create individualized education plans for students with special needs.
  • Engage with parents and the community to align educational goals.
  • Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of teaching staff.
  • Stay updated on educational trends and integrate innovative practices.
  • Prepare reports on academic performance for strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate student performance data.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing educators.
  • Adaptable and culturally aware to promote a supportive environment.
