About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Call Center Agent to join its team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time position involves managing customer interactions across various communication channels and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer inquiries through Jazeera Paints Customer Care Channels, including Call Centre, WhatsApp, Zendesk, social media, SAP, and CRM.
• Record and update the database for all customers communicating with the customer care department.
• Review and effectively address all emails received by the Customer Care Department.
• Log and follow up on customer complaints with relevant company departments until resolution.
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers after problem resolution to confirm satisfaction.
• Provide customers with information regarding products, new campaigns, and offers.
• Transfer project customers to the appropriate projects manager across all regions.
• Direct showroom customers to the relevant showrooms in all regions.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer home visit services across all regions.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This role is based in Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within the customer care department of Jazeera Paints.
