About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor (Sales) to join their team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role involves supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating effective category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM). The supervisor will also assist with in-store promotion activities, collaborating with the Regional Sales team to drive increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and ensure their effective implementation across the sales region.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate all merchandising requirements, aiming for excellence in merchandising execution.
• Identify, organize, and review regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
• Coordinate and roll out initiatives with local agencies and manage marketing interactions.
• Work with the sales and merchandising teams on all confirmed store-specific projects to develop and agree upon implementation plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions.
• Previous or current experience in a trade marketing category.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and handling Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Experience in category management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, combining office and on-field responsibilities.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring work both in the office and in the field. The position is based in Khamis Mushayt.
