Al Rawda International Company is seeking a Food Sales Manager for a full-time position. This role is based in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, and is central to leading the company's wholesale food sales sector across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The Role of Food Sales Manager

The Food Sales Manager is responsible for designing strategic sales plans aimed at expanding market share and growing sales volume within the wholesale food sector. This position involves leading the field sales team, building sustainable, strategic partnerships with major wholesalers, distributors, and central markets, while ensuring the company’s profitability and collection targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate annual and monthly sales target plans, distributing them strategically across regions and sales representatives based on market capacity studies and seasonal sales trends.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance daily and weekly through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Sales Volume, Collection Rate, Effective Field Visits, New Account Acquisition, and Slow-Moving Stock Turnover.
  • Direct and oversee wholesale and traditional retail sales channels, creating plans to expand geographic coverage across various regions of the Kingdom.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major wholesalers and distributors in public utility markets and central warehouses, securing annual agreements.
  • Manage and track the performance of sales supervisors and representatives, accompanying them on field visits to develop their sales and negotiation skills and ensure compliance with set plans.
  • Coordinate continuously with the warehouse and supply chain departments to ensure steady product flow and stock clearance, avoiding food product expiration issues.
  • Closely monitor financial collections and outstanding company dues from clients, managing credit limits to mitigate financial risks and bad debts.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing and promotional offers in the Saudi market daily, submitting urgent recommendations to senior management to adjust pricing strategies when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in food sales (FMCG), with at least 2 years in a leadership position (*, Sales Manager or Regional Supervisor).
  • Proven and solid experience within the Saudi market, with comprehensive knowledge of wholesale market hubs and sales dynamics across different regions of the Kingdom.

Work Location and Mobility

This position is based in Khamis Mushayt and requires the ability to travel and manage sales operations across assigned territories within Saudi Arabia.
