Baharmex Company announces its desire to appoint a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and achieve growth and market expansion plans in the Saudi market in the field of spice distribution.

Key Tasks:

• Prepare and implement the sales strategy and achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Lead and develop area supervisors and sales representatives and improve their efficiency.

• Expand in opening new customers and maintain existing customers.

• Follow up on performance indicators (sales, collection, customer acquisition, and growth rates).

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies.

• Prepare periodic reports and submit them to senior management with proposed solutions and recommendations.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure product availability and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Study the market and competitors and propose new opportunities and products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food and Beverage (FMCG) sector.

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving growth.

• Ability to build sales plans, analyze data, and make decisions.

• High leadership and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and sales management systems.

• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as needed.
