Core Responsibilities- Intuitive Guest Care: Enhance guest experiences by orchestrating seamless journeys from pre-arrival through to departure, including personalized greetings and comprehensive suite orientations.
- Bespoke Experience Curation: Create memorable moments through curated sensory experiences, such as organizing private heritage walks and coordinating special celebrations.
- Master Valet Services: Offer expert services that include garment care and specialized packing.
- Dining & Social Facilitation: Elevate in-suite dining experiences with meticulous presentation and service.
- Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations, allocate resources, and mentor junior staff to maintain service excellence.
- Guest Intelligence: Keep detailed guest profiles to personalize services and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications- Experience: 2–5 years in luxury hospitality, particularly in butler or guest relations roles.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
- Cultural Savvy: Strong understanding of international luxury travel expectations.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills; other languages are a bonus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera PMS.
