SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, is a hospitality destination located on the Red Sea coast in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically in Umluj and Tabuk. The resort features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. It aims to provide a blend of indulgence and entertainment for guests.

The Role of Villa Host

As a Villa Host at SLS The Red Sea, you will serve as the dedicated point of contact for villa guests, ensuring a personalized experience from arrival to departure. This full-time role involves close coordination with various resort departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Concierge, and Transportation, to anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the guest journey for assigned villas, from pre-arrival to departure.
• Review guest profiles, preferences, VIP status, and special occasions to prepare personalized experiences.
• Conduct pre-arrival villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, amenities, maintenance, and presentation meet SLS standards.
• Welcome villa guests and facilitate in-villa check-in and check-out processes.
• Build relationships with guests and act as their primary point of contact throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate requests with relevant resort departments.
• Arrange dining, spa, wellness experiences, resort activities, transportation, and other personalized arrangements.
• Coordinate in-villa dining, minibar, laundry, luggage, and other villa services.
• Ensure villa amenities, guest supplies, and special arrangements align with guest preferences.
• Identify opportunities to create memorable moments for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback, and concerns, supporting service recovery.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and stay information within hotel systems.
• Stay informed of daily arrivals, departures, VIP movements, resort activities, and operational updates.
• Coordinate departure arrangements, including transportation, luggage, and billing.
• Maintain high standards of guest privacy, discretion, grooming, and professional conduct.
• Adhere to all SLS service standards, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, specifically in Villa Operations, Butler Service, Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or a similar guest-facing role.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, villa, private residence, or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and create personalized experiences.
• Understanding of luxury service standards, guest etiquette, privacy, and discretion.
• Knowledge of Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Concierge, and general resort operations.
• Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard hotel systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional presence.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to be flexible, proactive, and composed in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
