Join ITB Company as an IT Support and Maintenance Technician!

Located in Khamis Mushait, Asir, Saudi Arabia, ITB Company is a leading firm in IT consulting and services. We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Support and Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Install and configure computers, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer and network systems.
  • Provide timely responses to technical support requests.
  • Set up accounts for new users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as needed.
  • Test new technologies and software.
  • Train new employees on technical issues.
  • Manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
  • Support the implementation of new applications.
  • Prepare procedural documentation for technical procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
