Join Our Team as an Export Sales Manager!

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in the chemical manufacturing sector? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our client's export strategies and drive business growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Export Business Strategy.
  • Identify new international markets for exports and create detailed market entry plans.
  • Lead the Export Sales team to achieve alignment with the export plan.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Sales Representatives for guidance and coaching.
  • Accompany sales representatives during key account meetings in international markets.
  • Ensure timely closures of ongoing projects by the export team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for participation in international exhibitions.
  • Review export team performance with sales leadership.
  • Arrange training programs for the Export Sales team.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Appoint agents and distributor partners in target markets.
  • Work with Supply Chain for global logistics requirements.
  • Stay informed on regulations, product registrations, and certifications needed for exports.
  • Communicate competitive technologies with the R&D department.
  • Provide technical guidance based on product benefits to customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in exports and sales, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Strong experience selling raw materials to industries such as Paints & Coatings, Foam, PVC, and Leather.
  • Knowledge in sales strategies and market planning.
  • Experience in African and European markets is a plus.
