Alfaris Rent a Car, established over 20 years ago, is one of the leading car rental companies in Saudi Arabia with more than 30 branches and a fleet exceeding 5,000 vehicles. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in both B2B and B2C sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Drive B2B sales targeting corporate clients, fleet leasing, and long-term contracts.
  • Oversee B2C sales including individual customer rentals through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with operations, fleet, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in car leasing, rental, automotive, fleet management, or related services.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
