We started our journey with our first store in Khamīs Mushayţ, Saudi Arabia, and in 2004, we established our own factory to continue our commitment to quality products, including premium nuts, coffee, gourmet chocolates, and other confections.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular daily market visits to customers based on the assigned journey plan to achieve sales and collection targets.
Enhance product visibility by securing new display spaces in stores.
Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure product freshness in assigned markets.
Implement marketing and promotional activities within relevant stores.
Open new customer accounts by visiting prospects to promote our products.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in key supermarkets and wholesalers to maximize sales and optimize collections.
Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitors to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, reading) at an intermediate level or above.
Proven sales experience in supermarkets or wholesale sectors, preferably within the same region.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills to maintain customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving abilities for daily operational challenges.

Reports Required:

Monthly customer stock level report.
Weekly competitor products, promotions, and activities report.
Monthly customer feedback report.
Daily use of handheld devices for reporting.
