Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide actionable insights and financial analysis to senior management for decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize logistics costs and efficiencies.
- Implement internal controls and risk management procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
