Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Saudi tax laws, VAT, Zakat, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and prepare management reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1015 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia at a construction company is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi GAAP, Zakat, VAT, and other local regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft D365).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools.
