A seller is required to work in an optics store to provide customer service and assist them in choosing the right products. The seller's role includes managing sales and payment operations, organizing and arranging displays, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Job responsibilities include: greeting customers with a smile, answering their inquiries, assisting them in the purchasing process, handling point of sale systems, and periodically inventorying stock with an understanding of electronic marketing.

A marketing specialist with experience is required to manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze data, and develop effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include:
• Managing social media platforms and developing creative content
• Executing marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness
• Analyzing customer behavior and market trends
• Working on improving conversion rates and increasing brand awareness

Proficiency in digital marketing skills and statistical analysis is required, along with the ability to work in a team and creative thinking.
Also, working inside the exhibition and assisting in sales.

About the Role
SITML is seeking a qualified and motivated IT Specialist or Electronics Technician to join our team in Madinah Al-Munawwarah. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in system maintenance, installation, and technical support for IT and electronic systems. This role involves supporting advanced surveying and technical systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing effective technical assistance to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT and electronic systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, configuration, and performance problems.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to fulfill project requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and operational standards.

Qualifications
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in system maintenance, installation, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, electronics, and related hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be currently residing in Madinah.
