• Analyze accident data for resource allocation in high-risk areas.
• Conduct health and safety audits to ensure compliance.
• Train team members on safety procedures and respond to safety management needs.

What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of five years of experience in Security or a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree in security and safety.
• Previous experience with Hilton’s safety standards.
