Join Hilton as a Safety and Security Manager!
At Hilton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, and the Safety and Security Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests and team members are safe and secure. This position involves managing all aspects of security, safety, and risk management for assigned hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external guest accident/incident records.
  • Guide investigations related to criminal activities at the property level.
  • Oversee health and safety, food safety, fire safety, and security.
  • Assist in investigations and liaise with local enforcement officials.
  • Analyze accident data to allocate resources effectively.
  • Implement safety risk management practices in line with company policies.
  • Train safety issues to managers and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of security experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Effective time management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Safety and Security Management.
  • High school graduate; a university degree in security and safety is advantageous.
