Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and manage a team to meet productivity goals and expectations.
  • Track attendance and workflow closely, collaborating with the Shift Manager to solve issues proactively.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate critical shift-related information to frontline management.
  • Analyze data to optimize processes and address logistics challenges.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
