Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Medina. This is a full-time, on-site role with immediate hiring for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems.
  • Manage and maintain POS (Cashier Systems).
  • Support and configure Odoo ERP System.
  • Oversee and maintain CCTV & security camera systems.
  • Provide technical support for company websites.
  • Handle general IT support tasks, including hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, Odoo ERP, CCTV, and website support.
