Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems.
- Manage and maintain POS (Cashier Systems).
- Support and configure Odoo ERP System.
- Oversee and maintain CCTV & security camera systems.
- Provide technical support for company websites.
- Handle general IT support tasks, including hardware, software, and network issues.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, Odoo ERP, CCTV, and website support.
- Ability to manage multiple technical systems efficiently.
- Based in Medina and available for immediate joining.
- Full-time availability and strong commitment to the role.
