Join Al-Futtaim as an Operations Manager!
As a key player in the Vehicle Distribution division, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Auto Units Distribution Division in KSA while maintaining compliance with customs regulations and local statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate, timely management reporting to highlight operational performance and trends.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures for logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Monitor financial performance to achieve net profit targets through cost management.
  • Build customer relationships with proactive communication and operational insights.
  • Ensure seamless vehicle delivery to showrooms, dealers, and distributors.
  • Oversee vehicle movements within premises, ensuring safety and compliance standards.
  • Formulate service level agreements with customers and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Lead staff performance management processes in line with company policies.

Required Skills:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Qualifications:
